Hayden Rooney '17 Recruiting Profile

I am a hard worker who will do anything asked to help the team win with class. My current position is Fullback, or H-Back in the pistol formation. I was asked to do many tasks on the field this year, such as run/pass blocking, catching swing or dump passes out of the backfield and provide my team with making the tough yards. I sincerely believe I am a complete football player that would be a huge asset for a program that is looking for a guy that can do the dirty work and play tenacious football at all times. From a character perspective, I will always lay everything on the field and gain the respect from my coaches and teammates based on my second to none work ethic. 

From a collegiate or academic standpoint, I am looking at majoring in either Criminal Justice or Business. I have a deep respect for the law and why laws are needed in our society to protect our citizens in a very demanding and sometimes dangerous world. I will excel in the classroom and do whatever it takes to fulfill my dream of receiving a college degree.
