Personal Statement

My favorite subject in school in science. I hope to go to a school that has a great science program because I want to become a zoologist when my pro football career is over. So far I have had great success in football. My coaches say my "Game Speed" is gyreat and that my "Football IQ" is exceptional. What I like most about football is being with my friends, scorning touchdowns and making good tackles. I love football and want to become the best football player God can make of me. My dream is to play for "The Buckeyes"! Before playing in the pros.

So proud of my son he earned an invitation to "Top Gun"!!! Coach Sammy Parker commented that he shows that he can consistently get open & that when the ball is in his hands he can make plays!!

Although my son has received numerous invites to future "Top, Invite Only Camps" This his final Combine of the 2016 preseason .... Words can not express how proud I am of his improvement. He added 3 inches to his vertical; took .34 seconds off his shuttle & .63 off his 40; Looking at the numbers for youth his age from across the country it is clear that his athleticism places him in the very top percentile ... It seems to me that the key now is for him to develop the primary skills for is respective position(s) ... currently looking for qualified personal trainers in our area to supplement training/instruction he will be getting from his school coaches. As I reflect on this years preseasons combines It appears that although my son is able to run and jump with the best of them there was a gab his training/coaching on position specific skills when compared with many of his counterparts. Goals for the 2016 Active and Post Season is to get the appropriate assistance to close that gap by the time Pre-Season Combines begin in the Spring of 2017

Great event, my son learned a number of new things from coach Ricky Porter ... was also given areas to work on to improve his game ... very pleased with the event and look forward to next year

Another great day of football, my sons measurables placed him at the best, in three of the four for his grade and position. I'm very proud of him! Just before this event we spent a day working on the start for his 40 and he shaved .4 off his time!!! Saddly he didn't earn an invite to "The Show" but surprisingly he said he wasn't pressed about it ... I took a moment and asked why making it to "The Show" wasn't important to him? He stated "its just another camp and if I don't go to that one there are others, right?" I shared with him that all camps are not equal and that some camps attract the coaches and recruters that need to see you, if you truly what to play on television on Saturday afternoon in a few years." "Oh, dad I didn't know that" he replied." He is still very young and a great kid but not the competitor that he will be one day ... next thing he says "so dad, when is the next event? In the end, all he wants to do: "win, loose or draw", is play football!! Next stop "Football University"

This was his second NUC event no longer intimidated by the older athletes and competing at the position that he has played in his league my son left this event excited and looking for more... "Dad, I used some of the things I learned at the last event today and it works really good. The coach said I was great I just need to work more on my footwork. When is the next event?"

This was his very first Combine experience. I was extremely proud of his performance. Not only were many of the drills and testing new to him. He actually competed in a position he had never played before on the field. (18.5 vert.) (7.5 Broad) (5.09 Shuttle) (5.93 40) I cant wait to see how those number improve at the next event.
