My main goal in playing college football is not only being able to play the sport that I love past the high school level, but also in creating bonds in college that only teammates can have. I believe that what makes me a good candidate to have on your football team is that I am, and always have been, willing to do whatever it takes to be where I need to be. I have gone above and beyond to try and maximize my potential and make myself more valuable to my team. I have worked with personal trainers, gone to several camps, worked out in the weight room, studied film, and went above and beyond on the practice field. Also, I have worked hard in the classroom. I have taken it upon myself to take challenging classes to ensure that I will get a solid post-secondary education. This is apparent through my GPA, and ACT/SAT test scores.
I believe that another aspect of myself that makes me a good candidate is my character. I am a very coachable player and, off the field, have been considered a smart, well-disciplined person. I do not make immature and rash decisions and I always try to have the future in mind. Also, I have sacrificed a lot in order to be in the position that I am in today and this has helped me grow and become more appreciative for what I have.
I am willing to do whatever it takes to make myself a valuable asset to any football team.
