I am a hard working student athlete who is looking for an opportunity to be a big time contributor on a college team while I earn my Bachelor's degree. I am so passionate about being on the field, I've been in a starting position since I began playing football at the age of 8 for the NYCYFL. I began playing for Freeport High School in 2013. While on junior varsity, I started at both quarterback and safety and I currently start at wide receiver and safety on the varsity team. I'm very versatile on the offensive and defensive side of the ball. I also play on special teams (kick off, kick return, punt and punt return) as well as the back up Quarterback.
In 2016, my team are Nassau County champions as well as Long Island champions. I went All-State 1st team as well as All-County 1st team and All-Conference. I was also awarded the NY Jets Most Outstanding Receiver award and Offensive MVP in a Playoff Game. I am a multi sport athlete that also runs track and plays lacrosse at the varsity level. I am the All Conference Champion for the 300m and 4x400m relay and a All Conference Lacrosse Midfielder which allowed me to be awarded the Iron Man Award in 2016 for playing three varsity sports.
I am seeking a program that would be a great academic and athletic fit, allowing me to evolve as an athlete and preparing me for success after graduation. As an athlete who excels in three sports, I have learned the value of teamwork, commitment, sacrifice and hard work. Not only do I have the talent to compete at the collegiate level, but I'm confident that my character, work ethic and versatility can positively impact your program. I am able to prioritize and identify my areas for improvement which along with my desire to learn and ability to take instructions makes me an asset to your team and overall, a formidable athlete.
I am very dedicated and passionate about this game and I hope you will take a chance so that I can show the great things of which I am capable.
