I am a 6'1"wide out from Alma, Ne. I am a sophomore at Alma High School and I have started for one year, as we moved to Alma this summer, from a larger community. I have a current 92.89 GPA. I would like my college to help me focus on both schoolwork and athletics. I would like to be able to make an impact on the team as a wide receiver, as well as a great team motivator. I am looking for a school with a great engineering program, as well as a great sports program.
Since I was little, I have loved watching college and NFL football. I had so much fun playing catch in the backyard with my dad, which helped influence my passion for the sport. I have played competitive football since a young age, and my commitment to the game has only gotten stronger. My sophomore year I moved to a new school, which caused me to have to prove myself to my new coaches and teammates. After a few games, my coaches realized how versatile I was, and I was given more roles to play on the team. Other than my primary position as a receiver, I was also the starting kicker, safety/corner, punt returner, kick off team and in the last game of the season, due to an injury, was starting quarterback. We had close games, and good wins, throughout the season which helped our team bond and show our commitment, leadership, and teamwork. My dream has always been to play at the college level, and because of my work ethic, determination to always give 110%, and belief that if you work hard enough you can do anything you set your mind to, I believe that I will be a great asset to a college football program.
