Football has always been an important part of my life. I started as a water boy in elementary school and tagged along to practices, games, weight room sessions, all football games and any other football activities I could. Football; watching, playing, and evaluating has always been my passion.
I spend the offseason lifting weights and training. I attend skills camps and combines in search of new ways to improve my skills and abilities as well to improve my knowledge of the game. I have been a Varsity Starter at QB and LB for the past three years (will be four after my senior year) as well as Kicker on special teams. I am the toughest defensive athlete you will consider in the Class of 2017. I work and train harder than anyone I compete against. I want to move to the next level to prove my abilities. I will succeed!
I am also a three year Varsity Basketball starter (will be four) with multiple conference, regional and state post season honors. I have led our team in scoring and rebounding since I was a freshman. I am in my Junior year of Varsity track with two previous post season regional finals awards anticipating another round this year.
At the moment I have had interest from multiple D-III schools, some D-II Schools including Michigan Tech, Grand Valley State, Ferris, Northern Michigan, etc...I have made junior visits to MSU and Purdue. I play smart and understand the game. As a linebacker I read well and have a knack for getting to the football. Additional film can be seen on YouTube.
My parents instilled in me a value that academics always come first and I have a current cumulative GPA of 3.80. I am a member of the National Honor Society, Student Council and our local Communities That Care Youth Committee.
My future goals are to enter into the next level of competition of football while pursuing a quality education which will enable me to secure a successful lifetime career.
