I was always a scholar and achieved the honor roll each year in school. I am a student- athlete who played multiple sports. Football is the sport I love most. I began playing football in the third grade. Through football I have acquired many great experiences and valuable lessons. During my high school years, adversity came. The main attribute I acquired from my adversities on the football field was perseverance. My parents were very supportive. My parents provided the best support for me to be prepared for my senior football season. I work hard in school and on the football field because I think of my parents and the investment they made in allowing me to attend a Catholic high school and train with an ex- NFL player. I am utilizing a great education and my skills on the football field to earn a scholarship to pay for college and lessen the financial impact on my parents. Even though they tell me it is their job to give me the best, I have made commitment to them that I would make the most out of their investments in me. Most of all I am determined to be the best version of myself.
