Aloha Coach,
My goal is to attend and play football for a university that can prepare and guide me towards a path of success. I always give 100% of everything I do whether it be school, football, or any other challenge given to me. I have been told that I am a very humble and coachable player. I always strive to get better in the off season as I do during the season. I'm on top of my academics and I'm always willing to learn more. I look forward to growing both physically and mentally in these upcoming years while striving to become a D-1 recruit.

- I have been training with both of my parents and my uncle Vai Notoa in the off season for the past 2 years
- 2 years
- Speed and agility training for 2 years and weightlifting for 1 year. My mom is a NASM and ISSA certified trainer and my dad played football at the University Of Hawaii and now works as Dwayne "The Rock" Johnsons stunt double. Both are very knowledgable in training and nutrition. Uncle Vai worked for Ikei SportsHawaii (http://www.ikeisportshawaii.com/about-us/) and has taught me all the new sport related workouts.
