My name is Adam Proch from Lake Worth, Florida, I am a senior at Park Vista Community High School, an 8A school in Lake Worth, Florida. I am a varsity starter. I was a 2015 class 8A South All-Conference Honorable Mention.
I currently play tight end and I excel at catching the ball, running crisp routes and blocking. I have a core GPA of 3.2 and take several Honors level classes each semester. I pride myself in being a dedicated student athlete, balancing school, a part-time job and football. I am willing to work hard to do whatever it takes to play at the next level.
I have been playing football, both tackle and flag for ten years, so the game is part of me. My main attributes are my work ethic, strength, and my desire to compete. I am a person that believes in family and I am of good moral character. I know that I will make a good addition to the right school's football program and overall community.
