The baseball field is where I am most comfortable. While I'm out there, I feel empowered. I thrive under pressure. Every day is different and I'm always prepared for the challenge. I'm committed, disciplined and I will out work the competition.
I've been playing baseball since I was four years old. The game has taught me many lessons. I've learned how to keep calm under pressure, to push myself farther than I thought possible and how to win and lose graciously. I compete with myself in order to continually better my own abilities.
I'm looking for a school that is both strong in academics and athletics. By striving to excel at both, I hope to open more doors and opportunities for my journey through life. I'm only 14 right now, and I don't pretend to know what educational path I'm interested in at this point. I'm looking toward my four years of high school to help guide me. What I do know is that I want to continue to play baseball at a higher level.
