Growing up in a family that is football oriented, I signed up to play youth football in the seventh grade. I played center and long/short snapper because I had the natural ability to snap the football. My first year playing football on the offensive line taught me the meaning of teamwork and brotherhood. One guy can't block everyone on his own just like not one guy on the team can win a game on his own. I value the importance of teamwork and brotherhood because when one team is in sync with one another the sky is the limit. This is what makes the sport of football so special.
My will to be a team player and leader is kept intact everyday by the ones who are the most important to me. Without the motivation of my family and coaches I wouldn't be a successful Student-Athlete and a good role model to underclassmen and youth. My biggest aspiration as a senior this year is to finish strong academically and to earn a scholarship to a dependable college program. I wish to build long lasting relationships with my future teachers, coaches, and teammates as well as contribute on the football field.
