Dathan Hickey '18 Recruiting Profile

I was fortunate to receive my fifth D1 offer in football, first being at Westpoint, second at Elon University, third being Yale, fourth CCSU and fifth University of New Hampshire. I am humbled and grateful.  I envision my college years to be a personal growth period. My goal is to explore a business concepts major that will position me well for Sports Management . On the field, I plan to be a dynamic player and positive influence on the team.  As I grow both physically and mentally throughout my college career, I will strive to be an asset to the team as an offensive or defensive player or both. Most importantly, I will conduct myself with honor and respect on and off the field, knowing that the way I carry myself reflects my team, my coaches and the school I attend. 

Through the years of playing multiple sports, it has taught me a lot about teamwork, sacrifice for the common good, toughness, and responsibility.
