Stephen Lipe '21 Recruiting Profile

As a student athlete I have played on a youth football team in the MBYFL league in California for the last five years. In my last season I received the defensive MVP and the Iron Man award which commemorates a lot of unrecognized work. I started my football career five years ago as a nine year old kid who wanted to be the big man on campus and the big shot football player. From the first practice as a nine year old I have been in love with football and that love has grown ever since. I Have always been an athletic kid with a love for sports being a baseball player and a skier who has competed at a national level since I was twelve. I want to be the person that steps on the field and everybody stops and looks for a second and I work everyday to become that person. I take a leadership role while on the field including captain of the defense and one of the team captains. To attain what I have so far I've worked constantly at everything I do. Football has become a big apart of my life and I hope to continue playing in my future.
