James Weaver '21 Recruiting Profile

My name is James Weaver, I'm 13 years old and will be finishing 8th grade this year (2017).  I've played 6 years of competitive tackle football and 8 year of club/travel basketball on some of the most competitive teams in our region.  I'm also a 4.0 student.  

I would like to continue my football career at a top academic University to provide me the opportunity to compete athletically and academically against the best prospects in the Country.  My mom along with both of my grandfathers played D1 sports and have encouraged me to reach for these goals as well.  I'm excited to be the next great athlete coming out of our family.

I recently spent a week in Atlanta, GA as part of the OD Camp All America bowl.  I was selected for this experience by being picked as the best running back & linebacker for my age group at the 2016 Bay Area OD Camp.  I've also led my prep football team to 2 Nor Cal Fed State championships.

It is my dream to marry my skill set with a college team that is committed to winning at the highest level both on and off the field.
