Montrell Smith '23 Recruiting Profile

Who is Montrell Smith? A goal driven young man inspired to be a great football player and more importantly a great role model for the generations to come!

My beginnings are meek and humbling. My affinity for sports was apparent at an early age. My father discovered this and did all he could to help me plan for my dream, often times, doing so while struggling financially.

Though I like all sports football is my favorite. On the field I am a team player who knows how to do what is necessary to get the win. Whether it be to follow the lead of the quarter back and coach or to improvise to create the most of a play, I always give 110% effort towards success.

Off the field I'm the average 15 year old who likes to have fun with friends and make the most of school. My favorite subject is science. I like learning about how things work in life and taking a look at the foundation of things from a scientific point of view.

In writing this I hope to show whoever reads this that I am determined to be successful in whatever I do. Giving the right opportunities and assistance I know I can reach my goals as well as make whoever helps me proud. I would love to receive a scholarship to any college.
