My name is Timothy Lew (TJ) and I have been an avid football player and fan of the game since I was a kid.
I started my fourth season of football, third on varsity, at Shadow Hills High School in Indio, California, this August. I earned my position as a starter on the offensive line prior to the start of my sophomore year season. This year I am playing both sides of the ball; as a starter on the offensive line and defensive line. For our first year in a more challenging league, we weren't expected to do much, we finished the season 6-4. Our team did not make it to the playoffs, but we out played the 1-5 that was predicted for us in league. The season ended on a sad note, but just today my teammates and I received notice that a few of us earned all league honors. I made First Team All League for Offense for the second year in a row,
I think my number one strength is that I adapt well when asked to step in and learn a new position.
I hope to play football while in college and study kinesiology or computer science/computer software. I plan on having the best four years of my life as a student athlete.
On a side note, I had a pretty good baseball season as well. I batted 424 during league and was voted 2nd team All De Anza League.
