Trevor Heid '20 Recruiting Profile

On the field:  As of Fall 2017, I am the 6’ 1” 215 lb, sophomore starting varsity Long Snapper and Left Guard for 8-3 La Costa Canyon HS in Carlsbad, CA - ­­­­playing in San Diego’s most competitive league. I performed every special teams snap for the varsity this season with no bad snaps and a snap average of .85 seconds at 15 yards. I am currently the Chris Rubio #15 ranked 2020 California snapper.  I am also the starting varsity left guard and was my team’s Defensive Lineman of the Year and Team Captain last year. I run a 4.9 second 40, bench 225 and squat 375 and I received 3^rd team All-League Varsity Honors as a sophomore. 

In the classroom/community:  I currently have a GPA of 4.0, taking challenging Honors and AP courses.  I am a member of California Scholarship Federation and National Honor Society. I volunteer through the prestigious Teen Volunteers In Action organization volunteering for non-profit organizations throughout the county and I am a member of the American Patriot club at school.

In the future:  I am looking for a college that will help me reach my full potential academically while allowing me to continue playing this magnificent game of football that I love.  I want to attend a university that allows me to compete against some of the best, both on the field and in the classroom.
