Marc Anthony Zaldana '20 Recruiting Profile

I am the youngest of three and I am a funny self-starting type of person. I enjoy football, wrestling and rugby. My family is a sports-oriented group that is in constant disagreement with whose team is better (Seahawks, Green Bay and Redskins fans).

My aspirations are to attend university and play football. As a Sophomore, my stats are 6'4" and 270 pounds. I start in Varsity and I crush my competition. As a starter, teams double-team me 99% of the time, but I always seem to find my way through the block and make the tackle.

As a student, my current scholastic goals favor science. Math is a subject that comes easy to me and I'm beginning to learn Chemistry as well as Physics.

What I bring to the team is my size and ongoing desire to be successful. I can adjust to the offense as well as pick up the Line Backer trying to rush the gaps. I'm intelligent and agile for a guy of my size. I'm not a "C" student (reinforced by my step-dad) and I can read and write (being sarcastic). I've actually won a writing competition at school! Finally, I bring the whole package with heart and commitment to take the team to the end.
