I have come to the decision that I wanted to play football back in 2015 at The Red River Showdown. Before I started playing football I didn’t care about my academics as much but then I realized how important my academics is not only for sports but life in general. Then a big thing that football helps me understand is how to manage my time and go the extra mile whether it is doing extra conditioning with the high school team at my school or going to my high school weight lifting plus the extra credit in my classes. Now for my academic I want to get straight A’s all throughout high school. Then in college I want to major in engineering and accounting. I had to go through people telling me that I couldn’t play and was weak then I learned to tell myself it is what I say and do that determines my destiny.
