As a person, goalies are known to be unique, some even say quirky, not only in their personality, but also in how they view the game. As a person I think both logically and emotionally, which gives a different perspective as a player. I can think logically in the goal and emotionally when it comes to my commitment level and pushing myself, as well as my teammates. With this type of mindset I don't give up, I always aspire to improve, and constantly want to become a better person as well as a better player. I am known to be very mature for my age. I feel that this helps me with the pressure put on me as a goalie. I recognize the difference between a good and a great goalie is their mental toughness, so because of this I work on my mental toughness constantly.

I am proudest of my accomplishment of getting selected to participate in the Nationals Futures Championship after only playing as a field hockey goalie for 20 months.
