Helga Colbert '16 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Helga but i like to go by my middle name Karis. I play field hockey at Cedar Crest High School in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. I play midfield. My overall aspiration for field hockey is to move on the play at the college level. It has always been a dream of mine to play in college. I am a hardworking player, constantly asking questions on what i can do better on the field. During practices i am always listening to what my coaches have to say and their recommendations for me. I have a positive attitude constantly trying to keep my teammates encouraged and to keep their heads up. I am a good team leader and enjoy cheering my team on. I am a very outgoing person and love to meet new people. In school i am always working hard and studying to get the best grades i can. If i am confused with anything, i will let my teacher know so i dont fall behind. I am a very competitive girl and always love to fight for a win. Sports have always been my life and im always doing something physical and staying active.
