Hello, my name is Chelsea Quinn. I am 5' 9" and I weigh 150 pounds. I have been playing field hockey for 5 years with my school team and outside of school for three years with the Edge Field Hockey Club, and currently True North Field Hockey. In my five years of field hockey I have received MVP awards in 7th, 8th, and 9th grade and as a sophomore I received Varsity's Rookie of the year at my high school and Express Times All-Area Honorable Mention. This year, my junior year, I was named 2nd team All-Area by the Express Times. The All Area teams include high schools in Western New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania. Even though I play center back, I scored 6 goals this year and had 6 assists. I have an outstanding work ethic and I am a very coachable player as well. I set my goals high and I don't stop until I acheive them with hard work and determination. Not only do I work hard for myself, but for my team, because I feel that is very important. In the future, I aspire to play field hokcey in college. However, I do not know where I want to go to school or what I want to do. Overall, I am open to all types of schools and I would love to play at a high level of competition and make an impact on a team.
