- I train year round - in the off season I play winter indoor travel and spring travel field hockey. In school in the off season I run varsity winter and spring track. In the summer I have a gym membership and I follow a summer training running program to stay in shape. I play winter and summer league field hockey and attend camps, clinics and skills sessions. I participate in the Futures program as well.
