I have been playing field hockey since I was 11 years old. When I was first introduced to the sport of field hockey I was a little confused, but my coach and teammates told me I was a natural. I played on my schools Middle School team for 6th and 7th grade. In 8th grade I was asked to move up to the High School Varsity Team. During my 8th grade year on the Varsity team was when I realized I was in love with field hockey and wanted to play at the collegiate level.
I am the type of person that loves to challenge myself in order to become the better player. I have strong stick skills and a powerful shot. I am a very coachable athlete and am always trying my best to up my game more and more every season. I am a leader in every sport I play and always help out my teammates to better them as a player.
Besides from pushing myself on the field, I also try and push myself as hard as I can in the classroom. I put in a huge amount of effort to receive the best scores I can.
I am looking for a college where I can challenge myself more in the classroom and on the field. I am looking to play at the highest level that I can, athletically and academically. I am open to all options in order to find the perfect fit for me as a student-athlete.
