Tristin Laughlin '21 Recruiting Profile

I am interested in obtaining a college degree and playing a college sport.  My sports interests are football and baseball and academically I am on the STEM track.  I am also interested in going to graduate school probably in the science field.  As a freshman this year, I made the varsity football team and ended up starting three games as a middle linebacker at the end of the season.  In baseball, I am a catcher and have played 3rd base and outfield.  Athletically, I have had very good coaches that have taught me discipline, toughness, and teamwork.  I am not someone who talks trash and I try to let my play do the talking.  I was also selected as a Duke TIP qualifier in the 7th grade and have taken the SAT as a 7th grader.  My grades and my faith are important to me and I want to go to a school that will allow me to continue in all my interests.
