Hello my name is Chris Salvey. I am a 17 year old Junior and I attend Cardinal O'Hara High School in Springfield, Pennsylvania. My dream is to move on from high school to play the game that I love at the collegiate level. I will do whatever is necessary to win and willing to sacrifice for my teammates. My attitude toward the game is nothing but love, desire to win, and dedication in which I can bring to the park everyday. No matter what happens, I will always bring a positive attitude to the field. Bad things are going to happen, but it's all about how you respond. You need to have a fighters mentality and no one can beat you. I am a 2 year starter for my High School and I have played both First and Third Base. This year, I was fortunate enough to receive the honor of 1st Team All Catholic. As far as academics go, I have not always been the best student but I believe that it is all about how you grow and I am definitely growing and maturing as I get older.
