I've always been a committed athlete. Once I set my mind to something, I work hard and give it 100% to complete my goals.
I've always wanted to play collegiate baseball, and believe with my abilities, I would be able to contribute to your team's success. I've been fortunate to play for very knowledgeable AAU and high school baseball coaches that have taught me the proper way to be successful at playing the game. As a sophomore, I was the starting first baseman for the Class A WPIAL championship team.
For me, baseball is a team sport and I've always played with the team's best interest in mind. Along with that, I'm an easy going person and I keep my cool under pressure. I have always excelled in the classroom and have taken higher level courses to challenge myself and have sustained a solid GPA. I look forward to achieving the same high standards throughout my college career. My knowledge in the classroom carries over to my knowledge on the field, where I am able to execute the correct play in all game situations. My defensive skills at first base, and my ability to be a contact hitter and drive the ball into the allies, would be an asset to your collegiate team. Thank you for your time and consideration.
