Dakota Swearingen '17 Recruiting Profile

I'm one of the most dedicated players out there. I have faced my types of adversity and learned how to make the best of situations. My primary position is Center Field however I play any position that I'm need to play and I'm also a relief pitcher. My speed, base running techniques, and ability to track down fly balls quick set me apart from others. My batting is my weak spot but I'm willing to put the time in to get stronger and better and even work on my drag bunts. Not only am I dedicated on the field I'm also dedicated off the field with my academics. I'm an honors student making the Principals list and earning my Academic letter along with my Varsity Baseball year. My goal is to continue playing baseball at the collegiate level and become a better person and teammate.
