Aaron Kucia '16 Recruiting Profile

My name is Aaron Kucia and I currently just finished my Junior Year. I'm a LHP at 6'4" 195 and still filling out. I was a starting pitcher and starting outfielder for the Cuyahoga Heights Redskins Varsity Team as a Sophomore in the Spring of 2014.  I have been named Pre-Season 2nd Team All-Ohio in D4 as a pitcher in 2015, In addition in 2015 we made it to the Regionals again as I was 1st Team All Conference, Conference MVP and team MVP.  This year, I threw 1 no-hitter again and led the team with 75K's.  I hit .385 and led the team with 28 RBI.  Was the starting pitcher in the sectionals, district semi-final, and regionals; closer in the district final.   Last year I threw a NO-HITTER my first career start, had a Walk-Off Walk in the District Finals and also was the starting pitcher in the District Semi-Finals and Regional Final.  This summer I  played for the Spartans Elite Baseball Team out of Strongsville, OH where in 7 starts I was 5-0 with a 0.30 ERA over 38 1/3 innings in which I had 56 Ks and 19 BBs.  Last summer, I pitched for the Northern Ohio Baseball Club and was 7-1 in 65 2/3 innings pitched with 72 Ks and 24 BBs. I throw 4 pitches with command Fastball consistently 82-83 topping out at 84 to 85 right now and was officially clocked at 84 by Big League Baseball school at the Buckeye Elite in Columbus, OH for the Buckeye Elite Tournament. In the Classroom I been consistently around a 3.1-3.2 GPA. This past month, January 2015 I was named student of the month from an academic standpoint.  I am looking for a program that has a good strong Baseball Program in which I can help immediately. In addition, I would like the school to be Campus Friendly with Majors in Business Administration and/or Graphic Design.
