Personal Statement

I have a lot of aspirations in life and ultimately I would like to attend a Division I college program, where I can fulfill my goal of becoming an Engineer, but also play baseball at the collegiate level. When it comes to baseball I believe I would be an asset to the team I play for, because I can have an exceptional ability to play as a RHP or a third baseman.

Highly touted major league scouts and college coaches have nationally recognized me for my on and off-field player makeup. I am also versatile, being I am a switch-hitter. I am committed to the betterment of my team as I always put others first.

At the age of 12, I was chosen by Baseball Youth, to represent the state of North Carolina, where I played at Historic Dodgertown.

In Spring of 2016 I just chosen as the MVP of my school team for the second consecutive year. I was also hand chosen as one of ten players to represent our county in the elite Summer league.

On July 10, 2016 I was given the opportunity to catch for the Coastal Plain League's Home Run Derby hosted by the Fayetteville SwampDogs stadium in Fayetteville. At the age of 14 I was catching for collegiate players in front of major league scouts and prestigious college coaches!

I was invited as an individual player based on what a coach saw at a camp and on my video. The team will be made up of 12 to 16 players from around the nation. These are players, like yourself, that we have on our watch list and have been recommended to us by NCSA, Be-Recruited or Baseball Factory as players who could play at the college level. This experience is something players from last years teams can attest is worth the trip to gain you needed exposure with East Coast and Midwest coaches. The event is highly watched by a lot of recruiters. This is the best way to get the answers you need in the recruiting process. The teams are coached by current college coaches.

I have taken hitting lessons several times, as I have gotten stronger and older. Some of my coaches were: Mike Royal (he was Seth Maness's coach), Britt Kutchen, Derrick Graham, Starsky Norman, and Tom McKay.
Jack Leggett Baseball Camp

In the Summer of 2014 I attended the Jack Leggett baseball camp at Clemson University for a week. I worked along side Coach Leggett, his staff, and players. We did several hitting, pitching, fielding, and catching drills.
Nike Baseball Camp - Guilford College

Summer of 2014 I attended the Nike Baseball camp at Guilford College in Greensboro, NC. Coach Matt Aker and the Guilford college baseball players helped us with hitting strategies.
