Nick Fanneron '13 Recruiting Profile

My name is Nick Fanneron, I am currently a sophmore at Massapequa High School. I am 6 foot, 165 pounds. I am a catcher that bats lefty throws righty. My poptime has been clocked from most recently 2.0 to 2.11 in my freshman year. Last Summer as a fourteen year old I played up with sixteen and seventeen year olds in the Nassau County High School Baseball Coaches Association Summer League. I was the all star game MVP and won the Championship. I also played in the 2009 Connie Mac Sandy Koufax division all star game. I bring leadership to a team. I was voted team captin last year in my Freshman year of high school. I always hustle on and off the feild. Never do I through my equipment. I am also an extremley hard worker. I did not miss one morining work out for High School baseball before school at 6:25 am every morning. I also work out at the weight room three days a week after school. I am interested in going to school in the south east. But I am also open to going to any big or small school around the country to play baseball. My goal for college is to be sucessful at a high level of competition. I also do very well in school. My average for the first quater was a 94 and I had an overall average of a 92 for the second quarter. This past year I started on Varsity as a 10th grader and recieved All-Conference and New York State Scholar Athlete.
