I am currently a senior at Liverpool High School, located in Liverpool New York. My primary position is a right-handed outfielder who is comfortable in all parts of the outfield. My secondary position is as a pitcher (starter or closer).
I have been playing baseball for as long as I can remember, starting organized baseball at the age of five or six. Over the years, baseball has taught me that in order to win, a team has to cooperate and work together as one.
I have also learned through baseball how to work together with multiple types of players (skills & personalities) and I am willing to do whatever it takes to win a game (team-first approach). I bring to a team a high baseball I.Q. to compliment my hitting, fielding, throwing and speed on the base paths. Ever since I started playing I have wanted to play at a high (college) level and hope to do that while also receiving my college degree at the same time.
I have played two other sports while in high school along with baseball, and they are football and basketball, and I participated in all these sports while maintaining a 98+ GPA in school (inducted into the National Jr Honor Society last year). My participation in multiple sports at high levels has put me in various pressure situations (state championships for little league, regional playoffs for Babe Ruth, sectional playoffs for HS) that has allowed me to not only grow as a player, but as a teammate and person. These experiences I will bring to the team I play for at the next level.
