River Smith '22 Recruiting Profile

I will be 14 in February, 2018 and finishing my last few months of middle school. I have a 4.0 grade point average and enjoy learning new subjects in school. I am interested in math, science as well has history and writing. In addition, I have played baseball since I was 5 years old and I have the ability and passion for the sport. I'm consistently asked to be a leader on the team's I play with. I also play basketball and love to ski here in Montana. I'm a 5'11" shortstop, 1B, RHP, utility baseball player and bat left-handed. This year I helped lead my Babe Ruth team to a league championship and currently play on a club team (summer & fall) where I continue to improve. I am currently attending training camps and look for the opportunity to play on advanced teams. I'm excited to study and play baseball for a college or university where I can find a great education as well as best support my team to help them to a winning season.
