Micah Williams '16 Recruiting Profile

I aspire greatly to play baseball beyond high school at the college level. I very simply love the game of baseball. I am a great teammate. I lead by example and vocally. I bring a great attitude and excellent work ethic to the field and the weight room every day. I am a 4.0 GPA student and have been in the Gifted and Talented Program.

I am a very solid defensive player. In 29 games this past season I had a .994 fielding percentage. I had 159 Total Chances, 152 Put Outs, 6 assists, 6 Double Plays, and 1 error.

I am a strong hitter as well. I led my conference this season in Runs Batted In with 23. I had 24 hits in 86 at bats, and I am working every day to continue to improve my hitting skills.

What sets me apart from other recruits is my great character. I believe after you get to know me this will speak for itself. I have loved the game of baseball ever since I could put a glove on my hand and it would be a life-changing opportunity to be able to represent your school and baseball program as a player for you in the future.
