Wade Thompson '23 Recruiting Profile

Throwing a no hitter was the highlight of my middle school year.  However, I feel that I grew the most as a student athlete when our team didn't win the district tournament.  This year has helped me focus on my efforts of becoming a good left handed pitcher at the college level.  I'm looking for a program that will be a good fit for me athletically and academically.  I believe that I have the talent and everything else it takes to make an impact on your program,  I play three sports and I have always been a leader on my team and now I want to be a leader on your team.   I was fortunate enough to be on a middle school team that had a winning record for the last 2 years.  I learned the value of teamwork, commitment, and leadership this year.  I have learned that a pitcher can't do it all by themselves, it takes a team to be able to achieve the highest of goals.
