Zachary Stone '17 Recruiting Profile

I started playing baseball at the age of 4 for T-ball. As I got older the game of baseball become more of a passion then just a sport. I have played on many different teams ones that are competitive and others that are not. One of my top goals as a students is to get a good education from a great college i would prefer to major in business, this is my top goal because in a student athlete the word student comes first and athlete comes second. I would be a good candidate for a college team because I am active on and off the field, I have volunteered for many places in my community this includes schools, libraries, and many other places. What makes me different from other recruits would be that I am always checking up on my teammates making sure they are keeping up in school, being on time for practices and games and also keeping out of trouble in and out of school. For athletics I am always talking to coaches and teammates about the game and keeping everybody's head in the game. I always come to games with high energy and the mindset that we are going to win.
