Coaches,
My name is Jake Aumuller and I am a Junior at Prospect High School in Mount Prospect, Illinois. I will graduate in 2016. I currently have a 4.4/5.0 GPA and play for the Illinois Indians and for Prospect High School. I strive to achieve the highest grades in every class. Overall, the most important factor in choosing a University will be their academic programs. I am interested in the field of Business, more specifically Finance, Entrepreneurship,Marketing and Economics. I have completed (2) advanced placement classes and (1) honors class for my Junior year of High School. I am currently enrolled in (2) A.P. classes my Senior year (A.P. Spanish 4, and A.P. Economics).
My goal is to be a student athlete at a top institution. I want to excel in playing college baseball while pursuing my degree in Business. Athletically, I continue to develop in strength and agility. I have devoted my whole life to baseball and academics. Over the coarse of the past 3 years I have not missed a baseball practice, game, or a day of school. From the weight room, to the baseball field, to the classroom, I always make sure I am one of the first ones there and the last one to leave. From the beginning to the end I give maximum effort and 100% intense focus. I am a dependable person and teammate with a competitive but positive attitude.
Overall, I strive to help people in any way I can. I make it a goal of mine to be the best person I can be, and to always be ready to learn and respect all who make a positive impact on my life.

- Coach Victorn is my certified vision training specialist who has worked in Major League Baseball as a vision trainer for more than 15 years. He has worked with over 13 MLB teams and individual clients such as Carlos Beltran and Adam Rosales. Mike teaches me to track the ball from release point, slowing the ball down and quickly recognizing its' path, speed, and rotation. I attend one on one training sessions on a weekly basis in the off season.

- Coach Bergman is my hitting coach at PlayersU in the off season. We work on perfecting my hitting on a weekly basis. He also is my fall baseball coach (Prospect High School) for Harvey Foster League. Coach Bergman is a former Illinois State University baseball player and a long time baseball coach.

(Specially chosen leader of my high school - peer leader)., I have also been selected as a Junior Gym Leader for my high school., I am enrolled in a new pilot program called App Design/Mobile Makers Academy and am receiving national attention. We are the first class of its kind in the world. Numerous CEO's and Apple executives visit our class on a weekly basis.
