Bryce Barkalow '21 Recruiting Profile

I started playing organized baseball at 4 years of age, and have played every season since. I continue to play HS baseball and travel baseball. As a pitcher, my coaches have remarked about my consistency. I'm usually around the plate and have a history of few walks, and more strikeouts (6.2 K/BB for Taylor HS JV team Spring 2017).

I enjoy playing in the field. My coaches usually have me in the infield (all 4 positions, but more often 3B or 2B). I also have a good eye at the plate and have a record for getting on base one way or another (season stats for Spring 2017 OB 13U - 87 PA  .338 BA  .918 OPS).

For summer 2017 I had the good fortune of playing showcase tournaments for EvoshieldFL. That experience has made me even more passionate for baseball. I am committed to continued work and development and hope to play college baseball after HS.
