Coach,
Thank you for considering me. I am a good student and take my academics seriously, so you can be confident that I'll always be eligible to play baseball for your team and any investment in me will not be wasted.
Also, I am a very hard worker who loves baseball. I condition, train, and hit every day to take any steps possible to raise my level of baseball with the dream of playing for an excellent collegiate baseball program.
I love doing all these things and it doesn't feel like hard work because I have a passion to play and compete and will lead a team by doing, not by just talking.
Also, having been a Varsity starter since freshman year, I feel I exhibit speed, hitting & fielding consistency, power, and arm strength all combined with an instinct for the game that enables me to believe in myself and inspire my team to compete with the best competition.
Thank you for your time.
Regards,
Blake Wagenseller
