Cole Huie '17 Recruiting Profile

    I learned the value of hard work at a young age on the family farm and on a nearby dairy. The work ethic I learned at this young age has shaped me into the student-athlete I am today.  My college goal is to complete a degree in Ag. Business and own my own farm. My dream is to play baseball at the collegiate level while still reaching my educational goal. I primarily caught for Merced High but I also pitch, play outfield, and second base. I can adapt easily to the positions that I play and I am very coachable. I learn new things on and off the field everyday. I try to put them into practice so that I can be the best that I can be in life. I believe I not only have the ability to compete for a college team, but I have the determination and work ethic to make an impact on a program.
