Blane Abeyta '17 Recruiting Profile

My goal is to earn a degree in criminal justice and play baseball in college.  With a dream and being where my love and dedication to the game will take me.  The thing that makes me a good candidate is that I bring a winning attitude to the game.  Also I will strive to win in a great deal of games with my teammates and coaches.  Also I'll try my hardest until I achieve in what I am doing.  What makes me different characteristically is that I know when it is time to play my heart out and times to mess around with the guys.  Also,  I know that once I step on that field it is game time .  Athletically,  you can put me in any position and I will try my hardest to excel.  But my comfort spot is in the squat behind the plate.  Academically,  I'm a good student and I interact well with the teachers I have.  I know from here on there is no slacking off in the classroom.  I think of it like the field when ever I step into the classroom I am in the zone to learn what that class is and will teach me.
