Personal Statement

For as long as I can remember, baseball has been a huge part of my life. It's something that has taught me how to keep my composure on and off the field. I'm a person who is willing to give my full effort in doing whatever it takes to help my team be successful. While on the field I feel it is my duty to play to the best of my abilities to glorify God, even while I'm not playing baseball. Outside of baseball I actively participate in a local youth group, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and a Red Cross Club at my high school, while in academics I have managed to maintain a GPA no lower than a 3.8 throughout my high school career so far.

The opportunity to play college baseball would bring me one step closer to reaching my ultimate goal of one day playing baseball at its highest level. Not only would college bring me one step closer to my biggest goal, it would also provide me the knowledge needed in order to pursue a degree in one of the Health Sciences. The ability to play baseball at a college where I'm studying a subject that I am intrigued by would truly be an incredible experience.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
