My name is Sean Courtney, I am 18 years old, a Senior at the Academy for Academic Excellence, and a firm believer in God. I have a passion for the game of baseball, and a strong desire to improve my game every chance I get. Some of my goals for the future are to be a starting player at a four-year university, and to receive a degree in business. Once in college, I intend to work at 120% capacity in order to acheive my goals on and off the field. I have played on my high school's baseball team both my Freshman and Sophomore years at Apple Valley High School. I have been told by coaches that I am a great example of a hard-working, dedicated player with the potential to go far in the game of baseball. I have been taking honors and AP classes during my tenure at high school and will continue to do so as to be better prepared for college. I have the will to succeed, and I will do whatever it takes to acheive my goals. I promise I will bring a high level of intensity, sportsmanship, leadership and ability on and off the field, and determination to your team and college.
