Ever since I started wrestling when I was five years old, wrestling at the collegiate level has been a dream of mine. Wrestling has shaped the person that I am today and I am excited for the opportunity to further my wrestling career. I pride myself on my work ethic and integrity. I believe that how you do something, and the character that you show, is equally as important as what you accomplish. My wrestling style is very technical, smart and aggressive. Wrestling for as long as I have, I have confidence in my abilities even in close matches, and I feel that I understand how to wrestle in many different situations. My collegiate goals are to become a 2 time All-American.
Being the son of two school teachers, I have always understood the importance of challenging myself academically as much I do athletically. I have pushed myself throughout my high school career to take Advanced and AP classes to prepare myself for the rigors of college. In my college search I am looking for a school that can support my academic goals along with my athletic goals.
I am passionate about turning my self into the best wrestler I can possibly be and I'm willing to sacrifice many things that others are not. I hold myself to a higher standard and believe in doing things the right way. Few people match my work ethic and passion for wrestling and I believe that is why I will make a successful collegiate wrestler.
