Personal Statement
I am a 170 pound junior from San Diego, California who wrestles anywhere from 152 to 170 pounds. I am coming up on my seventh year of wrestling experience. I started wrestling Varsity as a sophomore for Torrey Pines High School and I was placed as the team captain as a Junior due to my desire to be a team leader. I placed third out of all divisions in San Diego County to qualify for State at 152 pounds. I went undefeated at 160 pounds at our team dual meets and received 2nd team all league.
I have a 3.5 GPA and a 1960 SAT score. I would be interested in wrestling at any school that I could benefit with my leadership and wrestling abilities. I wish to pursue a degree in business and I am comfortable going to college in any geographical area in the U.S.
