Sarah Cain '17 Recruiting Profile

To whom it may concern, 

My name is Sarah Cain, I am part of the class of 2017 at Princeton High School in Princeton, New Jersey. I am new to the US after having lived in Singapore and Australia for many years, I love to travel and immerse myself in many cultures and experiences that most people never get to experience.

I have been playing water polo for 6 years with Drummoyne Water Polo Club and MLC School in Sydney, Australia and 1 year with Princeton Tigers Aquatic Club coached by Derek Ellingson and Momir Ivetic. I was the team captain of my school team while in my sophomore year leading my team to the grand finals where I was awarded the Best and Fairest Awarded for the second consecutive year. In 2015, just before I moved to the US, I was awarded Junior of the Year at Drummoyne Water Polo Club which consists of over 200 juniors. Currently at Princeton High School there is no club team, however, I am in the process of talking to the sports director to coordinate a varsity team hopefully for the upcoming season. I was captain of Princeton Tigers Club at JO’s last year after only playing for 1 season and we intend to return this year. My strongest position is as an outside shooter/ driver however I have had experience in all positions.
