Water Polo is the one sport I've been passionate about since I was a kid. I grew up swimming which lead me to play water polo and I have loved every second of it. I began my water polo experience playing for the club team, Windy City, located in Oak Park at Fenwick High School. I played with the 12 and under team but when I was 10 years old I thought practices were too easy and wanted to move up to the 14 and under practices since I wanted a challenge.
In 8th grade our club team won the Speedo Cup championship and I was announced MVP for the year. My freshman year at Fenwick High school, I made the varsity water polo team. This year will be my fourth year at the varsity level and throughout the past three years we have gone to the state tournament every year and won the state championship twice. In the pool I am hard working, have open arms to anyone who needs help, and I am always looking for improvement.
