I am currently a senior at Hortonville High School, in Hortonville Wisconsin, a small town just outside of Appleton WI. I have been playing volleyball since I was in seventh grade and fell in love with the sport right away. I love the teamwork aspect of the game; setting a common goal and reaching it as a team is so much more special than reaching a goal on your own. I am a very goal oriented person, I like to set goals for myself, big and small, and strive to accomplish them. I keep myself very organized and I am able to manage a very hectic schedule. I work very hard in school, staying after quite often if I need help with something.
It has always been a dream of mine since I was little to be a doctor. I still want to achieve that dream. My ultimate goal is to become a pediatric intensivist. I love working with children, but I also enjoy fast-paced, critical thinking type things( probably why I love volleyball so much). I am looking to go to a school that offers a well-rounded pre-med program, and then to a medical school. My grades and school are very important to me and I strive to be my best everyday.
I hope to find a college that I fit in well with. I want to be able to make a difference on the team and improve myself, and the team. I want to receive a good education,and make relations that will last a lifetime.
