Lindsey Nein '16 Recruiting Profile

         I have always known that I would go to college and I welcome the challenge it offers. I am excited to pursue a college degree; however, I have not decided on a major yet. I enjoy math, chemistry, reading and listening to music.  My goal is to leave college with a bachelor’s degree as well as relationships that will last a lifetime.  My greatest athletic aspiration is to play volleyball at the collegiate level.  I started playing school ball in 5th grade, club ball in 6th grade, and that’s where my passion for the game began.  Since then, I have played year round volleyball and my love for the game is ever growing.  I desire to compete at the highest level I can, as much as I can, for as long as I can.  Being on a team is an amazing gift and I would love to add playing on a college team to my life experience. 

         I am a very outgoing person and I adapt quickly.  I am a coachable player, I work hard and consistently strive to play better and work on areas of weakness.  I value teamwork, honesty, and loyalty.  Leadership is one of my strongest qualities and my commitment to my team is strong. My team trusts me and listens to me.  I am a positive source of encouragement and energy for my teammates.
