Kaitlyn Tuholski '11 Recruiting Profile

I am a 5'9" senior setter/ outside hitter from Vancouver, WA. I have played club for 6 years, 5 years for Clark County Juniors Volleyball in Vancouver, WA and 1 year for NW Juniors out of Gresham, OR. I have been a 4 year varsity player , 3 year varsity starter for my high school team. I have been chosen 1st team All-League Setter for 4A for the past 3 years and was announced Player of The Year this year. I touch 9'5" on my approach jump. Some characteristics that I have to offer is my leadership. I was a co-captain this year for my high school team and I have been a captain for my club teams the past 4 years. I motivate my team mates on and off the court to do the best they can and to never give up. Another trait that I possess is that I am very hardworking. I give it my all for every play and I always push myself to get better. I am looking for a school that has a great education program. I want a smaller school where I can have the attention from the professors and where I am a name with a face instead of a number. I would like a school that is west of the Colorado mountains. Financial assistance is going to be an important factor for my family and myself when deciding what school I would like to attend. I would love to play at a DI, DII, DIII, or NAIA level.
